Pricing FAQ
What's the difference between event packs and annual plans?
Packs (Events) are one-time credits that expire 12 months after purchase: you pay per event you publish. The Club, Circuit and Custom plans are an annual fee that gives you event volume and extra features. Neither renews on its own.
Do annual plans renew automatically?
No. Payment is once a year, with no lock-in. As the renewal date approaches we let you know, and you renew only if you want to.
What does the Free plan include?
Up to 10 events per year with the full offline scorer and live tracking, up to 16 teams, 4 categories and 4 courts. It carries 21POINTS branding and ads and has a 14-day wait between events.
What counts as an event?
An event is a competition at one location, with a base window of 2 days (a weekend counts as a single event). If you hold it across multiple locations, each one counts as a separate event. For longer tournaments you can add the Extra days add-on, up to 4 consecutive days.
How long do you keep my event data?
It depends on the plan: Free — 30 days after the event; Events — 90 days; Club — 180 days per event; Circuit — 180 days after the last event of the year. Custom — per contract. After that period data is deleted automatically.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move from a pack to an annual plan, or from Club to Circuit, whenever you want; we credit what you already paid.
Do you accept bank transfer or SEPA?
Yes. Card, bank transfer and SEPA direct debit. You get the invoice with tax ID within 24h of payment.
Are there discounts for federations or large circuits?
Yes. The Custom plan adapts to your event volume and needs. Write to us at [email protected].
