The table opens the game with a QR and scores from any phone: points, fouls, timeouts and the shot clock. If the venue loses its network the sheet keeps working, and games upload themselves once the signal is back.

Standings and scorers
The standings recalculate themselves with every closed game, applying 3x3 tiebreaks in cascade. MVPs come out of those same games and, if you score per player, so do the top scorers. Nobody adds anything up by hand.

We run our tournaments on Excel and WhatsApp today. How long does it take to migrate?
You set up your first tournament in under 2 hours. After that, day-to-day management is minimal.
What if the venue Wi-Fi drops in the middle of a matchday?
It runs on mobile data or Wi-Fi. The Scorer APP works offline. If the network drops, table officials keep tracking points and fouls as normal: games stay safely on the phone and sync automatically the moment signal comes back. Nothing is lost.
Is there a fee per team sign-up?
No. Organisers only pay us the plan fee. How you charge your teams is entirely your call: if you go with bank transfer, the public sign-up form will accept the transfer receipt. Zero fees from our side.
Does the 21points brand show up anywhere or is everything ours?
Depends on the plan. On the two lower tiers our brand appears in the product and 21POINTS places advertising on your event's public pages. On higher tiers, advertising is also part of your business and you can monetise it.
Does the LIVE bracket look good on the venue's big screen?
Yes. It looks sharp on any screen, from a player's phone to a TV or a projector. Every time a table official closes a game, the bracket updates instantly without anyone refreshing. Designed to leave running on a screen all day in display mode, untouched.
Is it 100% official 3x3 rules compliant?
Yes. Cascading tiebreakers (head-to-head → point differential → points for), group stage with cross-pool, knockouts and fully configurable timings (10-min games or first to 21 points). The bracket draws itself following the ruleset so you don't have to do anything. And if you want to customise any of the rules, you can do that too.
Can I start today without a card?
Yes. The Free plan is free and asks for no card: run a real tournament, try the scorer and live tracking, and only move to a pack or an annual plan when you need to.
Who owns my tournament data? Can I export it?
You do. You can export registrations, results and stats whenever you want. We keep the data according to your plan (30 to 180 days) and then delete it automatically.
